Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Vitality Med Essentials (Frostbell LLC). You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. To start a refund, call 888-339-1585 or email [email protected] with the name and address used on the order — no RMA number is required to begin. For a change-of-mind return, send the item to 4711 34th St N Ste F, St. Petersburg, FL 33714; your refund is issued once the item is on its way to us. For a defective, damaged, or not-as-described item, we issue a full refund including shipping and you do not need to return it unless we ask. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Charges appear on your statement as Vitality Med Essentials; if you do not recognize a charge, see our Before You Dispute page and contact us first.
